Delivery - UK Mainland
If your items are in stock then we will deliver within 7-10 working days. If your items require manufacturing then we will deliver within 3-4 weeks. All orders will have their delivery timeframe confirmed within 48 hours by email. For delivery timeframe enquires on products please email firstname.lastname@example.org. For products that require garment decoration such as Embroidery, Screen- Printing etc, the delivery timeframe will be agreed based on the decoration and personalisation requirements.
You may be required to sign for your parcel when it is delivered. If you are not at home when the parcel arrives, a card will be left for you to arrange an alternative delivery date with the courier.

Damaged in Transit
Should there be any damage to the delivered goods, details must be noted on the delivery documentation and it will be your responsibility to inform us immediately, but not later than 7 working days. It is imperative that you do not dispose of any of the packaging, as this will be required to affect your claim against the carrier. We will make a claim against the carrier and arrange for the damaged goods to be collected and replacements to be sent to you.

Customs procedures and different international postal networks can affect delivery time, making it difficult for us to guarantee how quickly you will receive your order.
It's mykit does not offer a free returns service unless the items are faulty or incorrectly sent. In these cases it's mykit will refund the postage costs on receipt of your parcel. If the product is faulty or you have received an incorrect delivery you must notify us either via e-mail to email@example.com or on 01242 210444 within 5 days of receipt.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us within 7 days, unused and in its original packaging for a refund or exchange. We recommend that you keep the original packaging until you are sure you intend to keep the goods. Please use packaging which will give a similar level of protection as to when you received the goods to ensure the goods are not damaged on the way back to us. Please include the original picking list or Invoice document and complete the reverse as instructed. This is your returns ID without this we can not refund.
Please be aware we cannot refund any bespoke garments
Products supplied to order which are modified or produced to your own specified requirements, such as club or corporate logo's are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Once payment has been made in full there is a 10% cancellation fee chargable if the bespoke work has not been started. The cancellation fee is charged to cover setup costs and charges.
